What this is
Somatic Healing Sessions are a short, private, 1:1 container for women who feel the pull toward deeper sexual, emotional, and embodied awakening, but don’t want to rush, perform, or overwhelm themselves.
This is not about fixing you.
This is not about pushing through fear.
This is about listening to your body
and letting it lead the pace.
You don’t come here to “figure it out.”
You come here to feel what it’s like to stay with yourself.
What actually happens
In these sessions, we work directly with your body.
That might look like:
