What IS JourneyDance™?
JourneyDance™ is a guided dance experience where you move your body in your own way.

You don’t need dance skills. You don’t need to look a certain way. You don’t need to get it “right.”

If you have a body, you belong here.

People come to JourneyDance when they:

Feel numb, tired, or disconnected

What Happens at a JourneyDance?
Each JourneyDance is gently guided from beginning to end.

Grounding and breath to help you relax

Slow warm-ups on the floor

Free dance to music that builds energy

Shaking, stretching, sound, and emotional release

Playful movement and self-expression

A calm closing circle to land and integrate

You are always in control of how much you move, rest, or participate.
