A Homecoming for Your Body & Soul
Wild Movement for the Wild soul
Welcome to a dance floor unlike any other. No choreography. No mirrors. No judgment.
Just your body, your breath, and a community of humans unlearning perfection and experimenting with presence.
Whether you're stuck in "doing mode," numb from over-giving, or simply longing to feel more joy, sensuality, connection, and power;
JourneyDance™ is your invitation to come home to you
When: Monthly Sundays 2:00-4:00 PM (see schedule below)
Early Bird Pricing: $35, Week of Pricing: $45

What Happens At JourneyDance™?
Each 2 hour class begins with guided grounding to help your nervous system unwind.
From there, we move through:
-
Intentional breath & floor warm-ups to awaken sensation
-
Somatic dance sequences & visualizations to release stress and reclaim vitality
-
Vocalization, shaking, and emotional expression
-
Sacred play, sensual self-connection, and celebration for having a body and being alive
-
A gentle integration and closing circle
You don’t need to be a dancer. You just need a body and a willingness to show up for yourself.
