Just music, movement, breath, and a room full of humans learning how to feel again.

What IS JourneyDance?

JourneyDance™ is a guided dance experience where you move your body in your own way.

You don’t need dance skills. You don’t need to look a certain way. You don’t need to get it “right.”

If you have a body, you belong here.

People come to JourneyDance when they:

  • Feel stressed or stuck in their head

  • Feel numb, tired, or disconnected

  • Want more joy, freedom, and aliveness

  • Miss feeling playful, powerful, or fully themselves

This is a space to slow down, let go, and come home to your body.

What Happens at a JourneyDance?

Each JourneyDance is gently guided from beginning to end.

You can expect:

  • Grounding and breath to help you relax

  • Slow warm-ups on the floor

  • Free dance to music that builds energy

  • Shaking, stretching, sound, and emotional release

  • Playful movement and self-expression

  • A calm closing circle to land and integrate

You are always in control of how much you move, rest, or participate.

What to Bring:

  • Comfortable clothes you can move in

  • Water bottle

  • Yoga mat or blanket (optional)

  • Bare feet or clean indoor shoes

  • An openness to try something new

This is a substance-free, fragrance-free space. 

All bodies are welcome and celebrated.
