A Self-Reflection Quiz for Brilliant, Sensitive, High-Functioning Women

This 2-minute quiz is designed to help you explore whether you may fall somewhere on the neurodivergent spectrum—especially if you suspect ADHD or identify as highly sensitive, emotionally intense, or “too much.”

  • 0–3 Yes – Your brain likely leans more linear or neurotypical—but stay curious. Some traits may still resonate and if you're a human dealing with overwhelm and burnout the resources are likely still of value.

  • 4–7 Yes – You might be a spicy-brained woman! Many neurodivergent women and non-binary folks live undiagnosed, especially if high-achieving or perfectionistic (often until they burn-out).

  • 8–10 Yes – You’re in strong neurodivergent territory—especially ADHD or HSP. You’re not broken. You’re  wired differently and are quite likely to have your own special super powers!

This isn’t a diagnosis—but a starting point.
